A lovely place to stay. The room was lovely with a nice bathroom and a great terrace. The location was perfect just between the two beaches and close to a night market and shops. The staff were lovely and super helpful.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The property is extremely old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was not working properly, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and several pieces of furniture in the room were broken. Even the toilet flush was not functioning correctly. Noise was a major issue throughout the stay. There was constant construction and traffic noise outside, noise from neighboring rooms, and during rain, the sound of water hitting the roof was so loud that it became difficult to sleep. Housekeeping was also below expectations. Towels were not provided daily, and room cleaning was only available until 4 PM, meaning no assistance or supplies were available afterward. To make matters worse, the hotel charged extra for basic items such as pillows and blankets. A MYR 100 deposit was also required, despite the property’s poor condition, and the reason for the deposit was never clearly explained. Overall, the hotel did not provide the comfort, cleanliness, or service expected. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
