El personal muy amable y la ubicación. El personal en el cafetería eran súper atentos. Muy limpio.

Hacia mucho calor en la habitación, ni suficiente enchufes, ni tetera/sobres de café.

La ubicación es muy bonita y el personal muy atento.

El hotel no tiene nada que ver con las cuatro estrellas que vende. Muy caro para los que ofrecen. Al principio tuvimos un problema con la habitación porque no era hada de lo que yo me imaginaba y he reservado. Muy pequeña con un techo bajo entre plantas,un baño enano sin ventanas y tampoco extractor que daba directamente en la habitación,el armario sin puertas y la ventana en un patio interior con balcones de viviendas de al lado con olor a comida y mucho ruido de los extractores de las cocinas.Te sentías ahogado sin poder abrír ventana para ventilar. Pedimos cambio y el chico de la recepción muy amable al final nos ha conseguido otra. La otra con ventana por la calle y más grande. En los baños no te ofrecen nada de un único uso por ejemplo cepillos de dientes o cascos para la ducha o alguna cosa….estuvimos por hoteles de tres estrellas un montón muchos más limpios,modernos y con muy buen servicio. En fin…. Precio muy elevado,no corresponde para los que cobran.

Me gustó todo,ha sido una estancia increíble en general. Sobre todo, la atención y la paciencia en el buffet a la hora del desayuno, la encargada del comedor ha sabido ella sola atender con amabilidad y rapidez, al momento en el que el comedor estaba lleno he hizo que toda la gente fuese atendida sin esperas.
