Hotel San Gian

El hotel es simplemente encantador. Sus instalaciones tienen todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una noche de total relax, rodeado de montañas. Cuenta con spa hasta las 9 pm y detalles como TV en la tina del baño. Desde mi llegada, Tiziano me recibió con una atención impecable, tomándose el tiempo de acompañarme y mostrarme cada uno de los lujos de la habitación que elegí. En el restaurante, la experiencia gastronómica es de primer nivel; Cristina y Mariana te orientan con las mejores recomendaciones y una calidez excepcional. Todo el equipo es increíblemente amable y atento. Sin duda, volvería mil veces. Además, la ubicación es ideal: muy cerca de la parada del bus, el teleférico y a una distancia caminable del centro para salir a conocer y disfrutar la ciudad.

Posizione ottima per l'attività sportiva in quanto gli impianti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Si esce dall'hotel con gli scarponi ai piedi. Il centro del paese (St. Moritz Dorf) è invece raggiungibile con la macchina o con i mezzi pubblici (estremamente efficienti). Colazione meravigliosa sia per la bellezza della sala che per la qualità e quantità dei prodotti. La SPA, seppur di piccole dimensioni, è molto elegante e perfettamente funzionale. Il personale è tutto estremamente gentile e disponibile.

From the very first step, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Throughout our stay, everyone we met—especially at the reception—was always welcoming, greeting us with a smile and checking if we were comfortable. Our room was spacious with a lovely view, and the bed was super comfortable—10/10! The special bathtub with a TV was such a fun surprise… my husband ended up taking a much longer bath than usual, hahaha! But that’s what vacations are for, right? The reception staff also gave us great tips about where to go and what to see in St. Moritz, which made our trip even more enjoyable. And after our chilly evening walks, coming back to warm Glühwein and delicious cookies was simply perfect. We can’t miss mentioning our dinner at the hotel restaurant—absolutely exceptional! Compliments to the Chef for a fantastic meal. Highly recommended. We truly love this hotel and will definitely choose it again the next time we visit St. Moritz.
