Hard to walk up the tunnel - should provide buggies And no complimentary water in the room Yoga should also be offered free

The staff is amazing, so hospitable and the service is so personalized! Spa is fantastic, we especially loved sitting in the outside jacuzzi watching the snow come down (protected under a roof overhang:) with the strong therapeutic jets to ease your tired ski muscles.

The temperature in the hotel, especially in the rooms and the panorama restaurant is way too high, it must have been locked at 28 degrees!!! Made for a poor night’s sleep unfortunately:( and we had to keep the balcony door open just to have an icy draft. Maybe it’s their floor heating as you can’t control the heat from the room (turning the radiators down didn’t affect it) but they need to do something about this problem. I really want to go back to this lovely hotel, but sadly probably won’t as I know I won’t get a good night’s sleep :((
