The stool was dirty with suspicious stains (as you can see in the image); no options in the minibar and the coffee and tea weren't free (for an hotel with 4 stars is strange); No welcome chocolate in the bed; the shower didn't retain the water so the bathroom was flooded; after I arrived, a worker from the hotel knocked at my door...I was taking bath but she insisted...I opened the door and, in a rude way, she said she wanted my ID to make a copy, when I already gave it to her colleague...it was a very constrained situation...they could ask for the ID when I pass at the reception or at the checkout. No option for breakfast and the restaurant was closed.
