The breakfast was excellent - and so were the staff at breakfast

Unsmiling welcome from person on reception on arrival - other staff we met seemed fine. We arrived on a very hot day and our top floor room, instead of having proper air con, had a large mobile unit with a hose leading out of the window (noisy and we had to leave window open). Luckily we were only there for 1 night
