Staff was friendly and location was great.

Floors were dirty and weird smell in the bathroom that eventually made me nauseous. Sounded like the person next to me was in the same room.

The location is excellent, the room was spacious and the shower was hot and perfect for the cold days. The heating was on and it was great to have and the windows were doubled up to open for a bit of breeze and once they were closed I did not hear anything. They had an area where people can chill and eat or make a hot drink which was nice and quiet too. All The reception staff were great. Lots of nearby shops, restaurants and basically u r in the heart of the old town.

The toilet did not flush well in the beginning, the toilet seat kept moving and it was not cleaned the best. The smell of food comes through to the room, not sure if it was from the canteen or the restaurants downstairs. The WiFi was not great and very slow as I wasn’t able to check in for my flight when k was there.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Blooms and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, always friendly and willing to assist with any requests.

Old building, but clean. Great location and decent service.

Receptionist assisted with recommending undercover carpark. Always opened the entry door quickly when buzzing in. Extremely good buffet breakfast at the nearby cafe which was included in the room rate.

Not enough car park spaces for guests.
