Location was gear easy access to the town and fab view of the river

Thought I’d booked a room with an extra large bed but that wasn’t the case it maybe was a king size but felt quite small . Also mattress was not great and the pillows were wafer thin ! Very disappointed . Breakfast was yet another let down all buffet breakfast laid out no option given for ordering anything else . Basic options were out hot food wise but most of it was lukewarm at best and no pastries available or cold meats. Staff were operating at a basic level showing no interest in interacting with the guests. Again very disappointed 😞 .

Brilliant breakfast and the best scrambled egg ever. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Our room was really warm but we got a fan to help cool it down.en

Nice clean hotel and room, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good and plenty to choose from.

We stayed in room 35, and the bed mattress had no springs left in it , which made our stay really really uncomfortable and hard to sleep in, the room was also roasting in it aswell, then we had the cleaner out side our room just after 7am dropping big bags of stuff on the floor

Whilst the rooms have been updated recently, including a new bathroom, the building is old and so the layour feels a little haphazard
