8Rooms Madrid, smart self check-in rooms

El lugar era como en las fotos. Me encantó la terraza. Limpieza y accesorios.

The location was very good, close to a metro station and near the city center, which was very convenient. The rooms were clean, small for 2 persons but satisfactory for a short stay of 2–3 days. Snacks, fruits, coffee, tea, and water were also provided and available throughout the day, which was a nice addition.

Τhe overall check-in experience was very disappointing due to the lack of proper communication and instructions. We were never clearly informed that there would be no reception available and that the check-in process had to be completed through self check-in without any staff assistance. There was no clear information provided either through Booking or directly from 8 Rooms regarding the self check-in procedure or how to access the property. In addition, all the emails we received were in Spanish, whereas they should have been sent in English as well. Because of this, it was difficult to fully understand the instructions and requirements, and we did not realize in advance that completing the self check-in was mandatory before receiving the access details. As a result, when we arrived, we could not enter the main entrance of the building and had to rely on help from other residents. We also could not access the entrance of 8 Rooms itself until a couple staying there assisted us, explained the process, and even contacted the accommodation through WhatsApp on our behalf. We then completed the self check-in as requested, but the email containing the access codes and detailed instructions for entering the property and our rooms arrived almost 1.5 to 2 hours later. Fortunately, my colleague continued communicating with the staff through WhatsApp, which allowed us to gain access to the rooms earlier than indicated in the final email. Overall, the lack of communication, delayed instructions, and absence of clear guidance caused significant inconvenience, stress, and a long wait before we were finally able to enter the accommodation.

La habitación de este año me gustó mucho más. Voy cada año a Madrid por un tema médico y ya es la segunda vez que me alojo ahí y este año me encanto la habitación. La n1 y es genial x el balcón que tiene

Nada sinceramente estoy muy contenta general

Muy cerca de atocha, desayuno y merienda y algo de fruta en la zona común. Secador y plancha de ropa.

Tuvimos un problema de acceso al hotel y tardaron en solucionarlo

El sistema de entrada a las instalaciones ya que resulta un poco complicado. Yo en mi caso pude abrir la puerta de la calle, pero la del piso no podía y gracias a que estaba allí la chica de la limpieza pude entrar
