Please note that the access to the property is via 2 flights of stairs. Children can only be accommodated in private rooms. In private rooms the air conditioning is available 24 hours a day. In dormitories, the air conditioning is available from 22:00 to 10:00. 49.90 BRL per day per pet fee is charged upon arrival . 2 small pets per room are accepted, they cannot stay alone at the room anytime. Note that if the guest leave the pets alone a fine of 500 reais per pet will be charged directly in the credit card provided in booking.comPayment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
