Please note that the access to the property is via 2 flights of stairs. Children can only be accommodated in private rooms. In private rooms the air conditioning is available 24 hours a day. In dormitories, the air conditioning is available from 22:00 to 10:00. 49.90 BRL per day per pet fee is charged upon arrival . 2 small pets per room are accepted, they cannot stay alone at the room anytime. Note that if the guest leave the pets alone a fine of 500 reais per pet will be charged directly in the credit card provided in booking.comPayment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Me encantó!!! Excelente ubicación, muy seguro Exquisito y variado desayuno. La habitación está muy limpia siempre. El personal 10 puntos y Walter quien sirve el desayuno por la mañana 1000 puntos, disponible a toda hora para resolver lo que sea que necesites. Definitivamente me volveré a alojar ahí.

Equipe de atendimento excelente. café da manhã muito bom e a localização próxima dos principais pontos turísticos.

Tamanho do quarto e falta de armários para guardar objetos. Só tinha uma mesa e pequena no quarto.

Atendimento excepcional! Localização perfeita para o que eu precisava. Fácil transporte e numa região que me senti confortável de trasitar. O quarto em perfeito estado é cama bem confortável. Chuveiro, wifi e ar condicionado funcionam muito bem! Hospedagem extremamente agradável. Recomendo muito.
