"Family Atmosphere with fantastic restaurant + bar"

I stay frequently in this nice hotel which is family owned. The service is incredibly friendly and committed. The best is the restaurant which really is one of the best you will find within the area. Quiet place, no traffic. I like it !!

"GREAT STAY IN A BIG CITY"

Nice hotel, out of the crowded city, a bit confusing to find it, but GPS worked out nicely, close to 2 metro stations, clean, great staff, restaurant and bar is very good, great tapas and pinchos.

Sijaintipaikka Basauri on sopivankokoinen, kompakti alue. Matkaa Bilbaon keskustaan hieman kertyy, mutta metroyhteys on hyvä ja pikkukävelyn päässä hotellista.

"Great Hotel and Pet Friendly"

Hotel was a little difficult to find but once there the staff were friendly helpful and the whole experience (we have a 35kilo boxer dog staying with us) was great. Often hotels puts guests with dog in very basic rooms, Ours was clean, comfortable and quality.
