Hostal Gran Via 63 Rooms

Alojamiento muy tranquilo y limpio, buenos colchones. Muy amables es recepcion.

Servicio excelente, sobre todo de la recepcionista Anais, que siempre nos ayudo.

Una experiencia genial, las chicas de recepcion majisimas, muchas facilidades a la hora de expresar lo que uno necesita, las habitaciones son grandes y estan muy limpias, ademas de tener llave propia, el hostal en general esta muy bien, tanto situado como interiormente, repetiré sin duda alguna si vuelvo a Madrid.

Alojamiento bien situado ,pero la habitación muy flojita ( antigua y con algunos desconchados y falta de mano de pintura )el baño antiguo y muy pequeño.

Looks nothing like on the pictures. Very run down. Dust is embedded in switches, doors and walls are damaged. Tiny room. Bathroom very dated too. It shouldn't be allowed to charge so much and provide so little to the customer. The state of the bathroom rug - falling apart and totally worn off) illustrated perfectly the hotel standards (shame I wasn't able to upload pics for some reason). I was also given dodgy keys and couldn't get in at 2:30am in the morning. Reception seems to be doing A la Carte hours so don't rely on info provided on the hotel page. The location is the only positive here. Staff were pretty friendly too I'll give you that. I've stayed in many budget hotels including cheap motels in LA and this is the worst hotel I've stayed in to date.

Las fotos estan muy lindas, pero no es la realidad de las habitaciones, estan desmejoradas, tuve que pedir cambio xq no tenia calefaccion, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, en la ducha no corria el agua, el baño no tenia ventilacion y habia olor feo, la luz del baño tampoco funcionaba. Hicieron el cambio y esruvo mejor, pero 1 noche la pase en 1 habitacion con todos los faltantes que mencione. No volveria a hospedarme alli.

Ubicación excelente, el trato del personal excelente, limpieza habitación buena, ropa y toallas bien, el colchón y almohadas excelentes. La única nota mal se la lleva el baño, concretamente el plato ducha y puerta de la ducha con moho negro

Had to take this at last minute and it was terrible. Dirty and annoying staff. Not recommended
