No sere injusta , el hotel está muy bien ubicado y para el costo es bueno , el problema estuvo en que tube una confusión y pense salia domingo 25 y era sabado 24 y me escribieron para notificarme pero yo me encontraba lejos de la propiedad y me tomo casi 2 horas llegar , cuando llegue tenian mis pertenencia en fundas negras y me dijeron ya no eramos clientes y fueron muy groceros, la sra de limpieza empezo a reclamar , se no entregamos a tiempo pero me hubiesen cobrado las horas de mas y quedo conforme , creo no hania necesidad de tratarnos mal y ser grocesos hay que tener manejo con el cliente , no regresaria a este hostal aun fuera gratis .

İt is a great room with one large bed and 1 bunk bed for 2. Very helpful and gentil Hotel staff. Great location. Confortable and clean place. A large and confortable bathroom. Closed to Callao metro station. Full room facilities, with kettle, tea and Coffee facilities.

This hotel is located near plaza Espana. It took 3 minutes from plaza Espana train station. It is suitable to stay one or two days to travel small city near Madrid. It is not good and not bad.

This hotel is located near the metro station where it’s easy to arrive from the airport. It’s very well located with food and shopping nearby. Although the actual room does not seem like the pictures on the site but nonetheless it is OK for a few nights!
