Please note that the minimum age over the Schoolies weeks is 21. Please note that all guests must have a valid passport to check into our rooms. No exceptions will be made. All guest must present credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy', we do not accommodate end of year sporting groups or bucks parties. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Private rooms are required to pay a security bond equivalent to a nights rate on a credit or debit card which must be presented at check in and is the name and matches that of the guest checking in. The security bond will be refunded to the same card after check out. Please note for group bookings, different policies and procedures may apply.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
