Wonderful location with a private beach so very quiet. The staff were superb and made us feel very welcome.

Unfortunately the beds were extremely hard.

L'emplacement exceptionnel avec la vue sur le château et l'accès direct à la plage. La facilité à se déplacer en taxi boat. La piscine d'eau thermale très jolie avec vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner très varié, avec des produits frais, formidable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est excellent, avec des prix très correctes et donne aussi sur la mer avec une vue incroyable. Enfin la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

La plage est si belle que bcp de bateaux viennent y passer la journée

1.There was no clothes dryer in the room (or at least clotheslines with clothespins🙃) for sea hotels this is a must. It was in all the hotels where we have ever stayed. 2.Towels and bed linen were not changed in the room. We stayed for 4 nights. 3.The pillowcase was very worn out, all covered in slag🙁 A 4 star hotel throws away such worn out linen instead of laying it out for tourists. Please pay attention. 4. dirty beach, all sorts of reinforcement, fencing and netting were lying around.

Alessandra was extremely helpful and informative. Pool area is great and has its own beach with plenty of sunbeds at both. Views from hotel to castle are fantastic and food in restaurant was exceptional.

We are fairly fit but it was quite a long walk with a number of steps to nearest shop and restaurants.

Stunningly beautiful view, and private beach. Absolutely beautiful. Water taxi required to and from, which was a fun adventure. Staff was phenomenal - especially Alessandra at reception.

Could not get the A/C to work, despite detailed instructions in English. Slept with the balcony doors open,which was probably even better.

La situation géographique, à proximité du château de l'Arragonese est splendide. La qualité des plats au restaurant et la gentillesse du personnel, plus particulièrement Gianni et la dame qui s'occupe du bar ainsi que du petit déjeuner.

La liste est malheureusement assez longue, je vais essayer d'être succinct: - La douche de la piscine est restée bouchée pendant la durée de notre séjour(3 nuits) avec une eau sale stagnante - Les très (trop) nombreuses marches qui donnent accès à la plage et au restaurant sont très sales et glissantes - Les 2 rangées de transats sont collées les unes aux autres et SURTOUT, sont situées sous une falaise où d'énormes rochers menacent de s'effondrer à tous moments (un panneau est accroché à un grillage qui n'arrêterait pas mon enfant qui coure) - Après une nuit de clim à fond, la température dans la chambre était de 23,7°, autant dire qu'elle ne fonctionne pas
