"Bad customer care"

They just assumed that no guest, will be staying in their room during the day and conduct nightmarish construction during the day and do not place the guests away from it. They place them as close as possible on purpose.

Cleanliness was terrible. Shower was extremely dirty. Lighting was dim and just unpleasant. Missing light fixture to cover the bulbs above the sink. The GM/Front desk was nice and courteous but no amount of money is worth staying at this motel. I left and did not stay the night. Wish I could have been refunded but understand I did not purchase the protection.
