"Clean, Affordable Stay with Basic Amenities"

If you’re looking for an affordable and clean place to stay, the Econo Lodge Inn & Suites in Marianna is a solid choice. While the property is definitely dated and could use some maintenance, everything was extremely clean, which made a huge difference. There was a bit of a strange smell in the room, but it wasn’t overwhelming and didn’t take away too much from the overall comfort. Breakfast was basic but appreciated — there were bananas, bagels, cereal, pastries, and sausage biscuits you could heat up in the microwave. Nothing fancy, but enough to get your day started. Overall, if you’re not looking for luxury and just need a clean, budget-friendly place to stay, this hotel gets the job done.

"Fabulous Stay"

Was quiet, which is not easy to find. Breakfast was adequate. The room was spacious and allowed two people to sit. Felt like home away from home.

Property well worn Front desk area in disrepair Room furnishing, structure and paint in disrepair Room door deadbolt could not be locked unless the door was pryed up from the floor Breakfast was very limited, only offering junk food.

Location was the only thing good about this place

Non smoking rooms smell like smoke, smelled of mold, dirty floors, customer service not friendly, no breakfast and furniture torn/stained

"Avoid this place, rip off. Manager doesn't care."

Not much selection. Coffee was cold. Location was comparable to other area hotels.

Dirty, poor workmanship on walls, doorways. Bathroom especially dirty. Hair in sink, sloppy repairs, water damage to bathroom door. Checked out with manager. Mentioned all these things, he only handed me my receipt and said thank you. Completely ignored my concerns.
