There was a roach in my bed crawling

The bed and bedding were comfortable and clean. The pool was nice but small and not enough shade or seating. The refrigerator was clean and kept drinks & food cold. The price was extremely reasonable, but you get what you pay for. It was a good location and easy to get in and out of. Staff were friendly enough.

The smell as soon as you enter the building reeked of cigarettes and mold. Obvious fire and water damage throughout, especially on the 3rd floor in the hallways and rooms(Our family had 3 rooms, and they all had the fire & water damage). Our room had a terrible moldy odor. We had walked by rooms that were being cleaned, and they smelled like cigarettes. So we decided to tolerate what we already had. The floors in our room seemed like they hadn't been mopped in a long time. After a shower, my feet were still damp, I walked across the room, and back to the bathroom, and had black footprints on the floor. I felt the need to wear socks the rest of our stay. I was stung by a wasp right outside of one of the exits. Breakfast was very basic, but nothing was spoiled. Given the chance we would not stay there again.

Room was nice with tall ceiling. Very quiet. The location was easily accessible to restaurants and stores. Staff was very friendly. We needed extra towels and had no issues getting them.

Some of the residents were smoking directly in front of hotel. There should be a smoking area away from hotel entrance.

The staff was very friendly and great location.

The entrance stair case and the pillows were nice. And there was good A/C!

I had a jacuzzi tub room, and I was very disappointed. The tub itself looked did not look professionally installed, and very old. The handle on the closet was broken off and a hanger was broken. It looked like a piece of furniture was missing- and so the coffee machine was in the bathroom. The room had think layer of dust on everything and there looked to be dead Nats on the bed. There were also black spots on the mirrors, like they were from the 1920’s. It was extremely close to the Ruby Tuesdays which was nice!
