Holiday Spa Hotel

The staff were friendly the place feels tired and needs a facelift. Also the gym needs better air conditioning

hotel staff were ok. the hotel needs upgrading to almost everything. i find the price is a little more expensive to what you get from this hotel.

stayed here since its cheap. 1500 peso for ovre night stay. 2 restaurants near by. Its more of a motel. Nothing fancy about this place. You get what you pay for. A bit far from the airport but overall it was cheaper after taking a taxi.

Staff was nice. building was run-down and dilapidated. the bed was very uncomfortable with one big mattress over to box springs the hotel was jammed in the corner off the road we had a loud pool outside our window. Unless you spent more money the breakfast was very basic and boring and the price of the fruit was ridiculous. Love the massages, very inexpensive and professional no funny business.

my experience is the customer service I am asking the telephone no..of one Island in Cebu but they can't give me every time I ask they customer service always says I don't know ..

It's very good for the location, good food, nice pool, but its very noisy, the Filipino's are the worst, coming and going all night long and they don't care how much noise they make

Room had great air conditioning! When you come from a cold place to hot and humid Cebu..you will greatly appreciate this fact! Staff was just average except for the security dude...he was outstanding! Ramie Mahiney went far above and beyond the call of duty for us! We had a heavy suit case we didn't want to lug around so we left it at the hotel. We signed a permission slip for him to take it on our behalf. We left for a week to Bohol, when we returned we decided to stay at a different Hotel. When we called about the luggage, Ramie said not to worry, he would bring it to us when he got off work at 8am....by 8:30am he, and our heavy luggage, were both at our other hotel....I cant tell you how impressed I was with this service! The security guard went way further and beyond anything I have ever seen! WOW! How lucky for this hotel to have an employee like this! Breakfast was just OK....pool is very shallow, but long! Lap swimmers will appreciate this and we saw several exercising in it early the next day. Good price, good value...EXCEPTIONAL commitment of employees!

The room has coackroaches more than most places, all glass doors are filthy, the gym is dirty and the pool deck is very slippery. Aside from that there is no proper rules how they protect their guest. We got a room rate with out breakfast for we eat outside the hotel. We stayed the hotel for 6 days and when we check out, we had 1 meal breakfast coupon charged to our room, we fight for it because we really did not eat breakfast in their small cafeteria. But because we're running out of time for our flight, we pay the breakfast that we did not eat. They have no policy as to the guest ordering meals, any guest can order food and charged to any room they want. And the neighborhood is noisy, there's always music from next door all night to 5 or 6 in the morning

The Holiday Spa was very nice. The personnel were very courteous & accommodating. My only complaint really was the wifi. You had to change your password on a daily basis, but more importantly, the connection would just drop for no apparent reason, every 5 to 10 minutes, this was very frustrating.

The housekeeping member was very rude to me. She called my room while I was still sleeping thinking that someone was cleaning my room. She dropped the call murmuring. How insensitive she was calling me in the middle of my sleep just to murmur something.
