"Ich finde es schade, dass man in einem vier Sterne Aparthotel nicht auf Kundenwünsche eingeht, die Lage des Apartments"

Die Klimaanlage war in Ordnung Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt, ebenso die Handtücher

Balkonleuchte war defekt und wurde trotz mehrmaligen Nachfragen nicht gewechselt beziehungsweise erneuert Wir hatten ein Apartment zur Straßenseite hin, was relativ laut war. Auf Nachfragen, ob wir nächstes Jahr einer Apartment zum Pool hinbekommen könnten, wurde dieses abgelehnt.

Perfectly located, brilliant space, great pool garden and sun terrace. Friendly staff. Loved it. So much so, we rebooked for next year while we were there

The only thing - and we laughed about how minor it is - is there was no full length mirror! And that’s with some head-scratching to find a fault!
