Full payment is due upon check-in. Please note that the restaurant is open at dinner and reservation is needed. It is closed in March and in November. Please note that the buffet breakfast is served every morning from 08:00 until 10:00 for only guests staying in the rooms. Breakfast is available after this time at an extra cost of EUR 10. Guests of the Studio are required to provide a credit card upon check-in to guarantee the property. Check-in and key collection take place at the main Agriturismo Tenute Plaia structure, in the Scopello 3 district, from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. In the Studio apartment only the "All Inclusive" rate includes breakfast, swimming pool and daily cleaning services. For Studio Apartment guests it is possible to request the breakfast service at a cost of €10 per person from 2 April to 31 October. Breakfast IS NOT AVAILABLE during restaurant closing periods. Please note that the studio apartments are located in a separate building.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
