Could hear the neighbors when they were in the shower.

Great location to visit Ostuni Staff very friendly and helpful Room spotless As a result of the location therefore the original size for this old building the rooms are a little smaller than other hotel rooms we have stayed in however it was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a good stay. Tip- if arriving by train there is a bus that runs straight from there to the base of the historic town. It is then a 10 minute walk max to the hotel ( although the last 5 minutes is up hill). The hotel do offer a pick up service I think from the bus drop off ( we didn’t use it but we heard others did).

Right in the center of town

No car access to the hotel. Only close to it. But it’s ok, it’s in the center of it all

What an amazing hotel, service, and hospitality experience. From the moment we arrived, Lucrezia made us feel so welcome — she personally picked us up from the parking lot, upgraded our room, and allowed us to check in early. She was incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and generous throughout our stay. The room was huge — honestly one of the largest hotel rooms we have seen in Europe. It had beautiful high ceilings, a modern bathroom, and a separate area for luggage and storage, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the location could not have been more perfect — right in the heart of the old town and close to everything. What truly stood out was the warmth and care from the staff. When we were leaving, Lucrezia personally dropped us off at the parking lot and insisted on helping with our luggage even after we told her she didn’t need to. That level of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. The terrace is gorgeous, and we genuinely loved everything about this hotel. We would absolutely come back again. Thank you Lucrezia for making our stay memorable!
