HORA DE CIERRE DEL COMEDOR. La noche de la llegada el horario de la cena era hasta las 21:45. Entramos al comedor a las 9:43 y muy poco después se acercó Patxi, el jefe de comedor y muy amablemente nos dijo que muy pronto empezarían a recoger la comida de los expositores y, efectivamente, a las 9:50 empezaron a recoger. Entiendo que eso no debe ser asi: A partir de la hora de cierre no deben dejar a nadie entrar, pero los que ya,están dentro tienen derecho por lo menos a tener media hora para disfrutar del buffet, escogiendo la comida sin prisas, sin acumulará toda en la mesa de una sola vez, sin levantarte varias veces para ir cogiendo platos poco a poco,como se hace en todos los buffets que he conocido en mis 80 años de vida. Comprendo que hay que poner un límite, que como poco debe ser de media hora.Pero es que,además, tuvimos qu comer rodeados de pinches de cocina, de carros y de jaleo

Great location, we were lucky to be upgraded to a superior room with a balcony and sea view and given complimentary fizz and snacks! Great pool area and amazing breakfast.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. We were greeted at reception by Elicia, who was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. As a lovely surprise, she arranged a room upgrade for us. Our room was located on the 7th floor and offered stunning views overlooking the beach. On arrival, we found complimentary macarons and sparkling wine waiting for us, along with a thoughtful welcome note, which was a wonderful touch. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with fantastic sea views. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the quality and variety of the food were outstanding throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was excellent, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel valued guests from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.
