Authentic village house in the middle of nature reserve, beautiful views over the hills of Marche, close to explore Urbino, San Marino and the area, very friendly and helpful hosts, free parking. In the night you can see hundreds of fireflies that make the place even more magical. The place is well kept and clean.

Quiet place in the middle of lovely nature and scenery. Very pretty views from the pool, very friendly staff.

The house is in a very remote area. We rode our motorcycles on narrow country roads for about 10 minutes to get to the house. Be aware that this is a very narrow steep country road that can be quite slippery and doesn’t have street lamps at night. there are also a few hair pins. We stayed in the Amex which is about one minute walk from the main house the NX is simple but it has clean and has all them basic functions. It comes with a small kitchen a bedroom and a large bathroom. The garden is very big and it comes with a swimming pool. To be aware that the house is in a very remote location so if you’re thinking about making your own dinner or going out for dinner, you need to drive for at least 15 minutes. I really enjoyed my stay here because the house is in such a remote location in the hills. It is very quiet and peaceful. The Internet speed is about 10 MB, good enough for emails but a bit laggy if you’re doing video conferences or streaming a movie.

Loved the peace and quiet and the pool and gardens. Beautiful place to stay! The owners were very friendly and super helpful! Very good location to explore the region.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable but there was no couch to sit together, which we missed a bit. The kitchen could have had a few more items for cooking, utensils were very basic.

The host is very nice. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good.

Only 5 minutes hot water for shower. The location is quite remote.

The food was of high standard and served either in the garden, in the dining room and at our request on the balcony

The evening meal provided was brought in from external to the home which was not as we had anticipated from the description.
