The room was well decorated and very clean. The fridge was good. Breakfast was generally fine

The weather was very hot so I would have liked to open the windows wider than allowed. Breakfast was freshly cooked on the first day but a buffet on the pther days. The fried eggs were cold on the buffet

"Hotel very good, food poor"

Excellent service from Claudia on reception, who was a joy to assist us .Cannot fault the way we were treated and how comfortable the room was.

Very poor menu selection for coelliacs, also informed when choosing from menu the fryer was contaminated so no fish and ciphs. However the lady on reception(Claudia) spoke to the chef and they were able to produce a Gluten Free meal for my wife. Poor selection of draught ciders and bottled variery. Food to fancy and too many spicy options no straight forward type of meals.
