Buena ubicación, habitación amplía bien iluminada.

Algunas de los componentes de la habitación ya requieren cambio, por ejemplo el blackout de las ventanas esta super deteriorado. Algo de pintura antihongo en el baño caería bien ya que se nota un poco la formación del mismo en los rincones de las paredes.
