La verdad nada del Hotel

Todo mal, , era un viaje de regalo de cumpleaños para mi esposo..les informe con tiempo las cosas que necesitaba, una pieza temperada, buen Internet dado que necesitaba este para realizar los informes de su trabajo.. cómo médico. Cuándo realice el reclamo, sólo reaccionaron cuando indique que nos debíamos retirar, si bien nos cambiaron de habitación este igual tenia pésima señal, el baño con una fuga de agua, sin calefacción el hotel en si y la pieza nada, tuvimos que solicitar un calefactor.. el spa que se promociona no estaba habilitado, y si le sumamos que el dia jueves tienen en el restaurante del hotel trago libre para mujeres, nos encontramos con una borrachera de un grupo de mujeres, con copas en el suelo.. el personal que atendía muy incómodos por la situación.. osea los que cancelamos 550.000.. un alto valor para lo mal de hotel y debemos soportar DJ, con música que hace imposible conversar y cenar tranquilos. Precio calidad..deja mucho que desear

El lugar tiene una ubicación privilegiada y el entorno es muy hermoso, justo lo que uno busca en viajes de relajo.

El ascensor estuvo malo por 2 dias(yo estuve 3), el wifi no funcionaba en las habitaciones y en el area de co-working se cortaba constantemente, el dia domingo habia un olor a desague en el 2do piso y las puertas del baño publico permanecian abiertas.
