1. The room (specifically 336 and 337) absolutely does not correspond to the expected standard and the to price charged by the facility. It is dark (no. 336) with a view of the wall, which is about one meter away from the balcony; it was not possible to set the temperature in the room (temperature approx. 24 to 25 °C at night); the bathroom requires a complete reconstruction (the sink plug does not work, the water flow to the shower head was mall functioning, the water flow into toilet was leaking) 2. Breakfast should be available at least an hour before the start of the cable cars. At the beginning of March, the cable car runs from 8:00 a.m. whereas the breakfast starts at 7:30 a.m. 3. The staff was nice, but faulting. E.g. wrong code settings for unlocking the ski locker - we are unlocking someone else's; Or: She willingly explains the way to the garage, but she doesn't tell us that we need a chip of the room key to return to the hotel. 4. Little information about the services offered by the hotel (we found out about the afternoon snack prepared in the lobby by chance on the last day).

Buffet petit déjeuner magnifique. Accès aux saunas. Localisation.

Repas du soir restreint à 3 plats -potage (banal), plat, dessert- alors que le menu du jour en propose 5. Ce dont nous avions bénéficié lors d'un précédent séjour (2014). Cette restriction n'est pas annoncée lors de la réservation "demi-pension" sur booking. La vétusté des chambres. Aucun investissement d'entretien/rénovation depuis notre séjour précédent. Chambre exigüe. Peu de rangement. Entretien quotidien aléatoire. Bouteille d'eau non renovelée pendant plusieurs jours. Coffre-fort ne fonctionne pas, même après signalement auprès de la gouvernante.
