Mooie B&B in centrum van Lund, parking op 500m afstand. Uitstekende gastheer, die veel informatie gaf en attent was voor zijn gasten.

Bästa boendet någonsin. Fantastiskt rum med makalös terrass utanför fönstret, och innergården med vy från terrassen är otroligt vacker 10/10 Värden är mycket serviceinriktad.

Finns inget att klaga på.

The room was not ready at the official check-in time, and we had to wait approximately 30 minutes before it became available. The cleanliness of the room was also questionable. For example, the bottle opener provided in the room was covered in dust. Another issue was the payment process. Payment was required during breakfast rather than online. Since I had an early train to catch, I contacted the property well in advance to ask whether I could pay before leaving. Unfortunately, I did not receive confirmation until the very last minute, which caused unnecessary stress. What disappointed me most was the way the staff communicated. When I raised my concerns, I received responses such as, “Why did you not call when you have all these questions?” and “You have not read your mails?” Instead of trying to understand or resolve the issues, the staff appeared dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. The communication throughout the stay was poor and negatively affected what should have been an enjoyable trip.

Sehr gute Lage und schöne Zimmer. Der zu nutzende Balkon war sehr angenehm. Gratis Espresso und Tee.
