The Hotel was great for the family. My little girl said, "It's not a hotel, it's a home" Food was great and very well priced. We upgraded our room on arrival and it was not a big deal to do so. Very easy.

The accommodation itself is very clean, well equiped rooms. Large parking spaces.

The bed was uncomfortable for me. I knew I would get a sore back when I could feel the bed sinking under my back, I didn’t get much sleep so we left early in the morning. There was nothing on the website to say the restaurant was closed for a break and it was basically the only reason I booked that hotel for a stop on our way through to Coffs Harbour. I was disappointed.
