"Motel room a little noisy but excellent location"

Great location opposite the park and quaint cafes, right near the village. It is on the main road into town off the motorway but being low season wasn't too busy with road noise. Back rooms are quietest for road noise but look out over a carpark. Rooms nicely done, were fresh, fairly roomy and good little kitchenette. Car park was usually near full in the evenings but could usually manage to find a park. Fantastic area to explore.

Room wasn't the cleanest - clumps of hair on the carpet when we moved in. Bed was fairly hard and a little uncomfortable. Motel was quite noisy with the other guests, doors slamming all hours etc. The bathrooms were newly renovated but already had cracks and mould and no extractor fan so got fogged up in a minute and set off the fire alarm which sits right outside the bathroom door. Some more hooks for clothing would be useful. Reception staff could have been a little more friendly.

"Wonderfully convenient and comfortable bed."

The location was excellent. Every day the room was serviced. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious. Laundry facilities were great - thank you.

As we were on lower level the room was quite dark. A lounge would be more comfortable than the chairs provided. No fan in the bathroom.

The rooms was spacious and clean and there was secure parking for our road bikes. Very close to everything for food and a walk around harbour and friendly staff. There was hot chocolate and real coffee and a plunger. All the little perks that make it perfect.

The only thing I can fault is no exhaust fan in bathroom so it was foggy.
