Washing machine is needed.

The apartment is in the old part, but 20 min walking from the central part.

They forgot that we were coming. The reception of the hotel (apart-hotel) is 10-12 min far from the place where we staied. The apartment where we stayed was old. The walls, the sofa and the chairs were very dirty. There was mold on the bathroom tiles. We were three people in an apartment with a bedroom and kitchen with a sofa. The sofa was not fixed for us, and the girl from the reception told me that I must pay 18€ to them to fix the sofa. I tried to fix it by myself, but when I saw how dirty/discusting it was (my son slept with us on the bed (which bed was two single beds, made to look like an one big bed). They told us that we must take our garbage when we leave the building. Was a problem to find a garbage place. (On the (small) garbage boxes on the street, it was written that "It's forbidden for bigger garbages".) Instead of hurry to catch our plane, we were searching where to put our package of garbage. We travel a lot in Spain, and adore the country. We often choose apartments. We have never been so much disappointed from our stay like from this apartment.

The location was excellent, the apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

Booking.com gave us a free taxi transfer from the airport. This caused us several issues which were not straightforward to resolve. We had to collect keys from a different location which also wasn't without its challenge. We arrived late morning and I hope they have a different policy for getting keys if you arrive very early or very late.

Beautiful salon style apartment, very spacious ideal for 4-5 people, close to the city center but without the noise. Their office where you sign a contract and get the keys is 5 mins away from the apartment. Very friendly staff, they speak English.

The balcony

We stayed at the appartement with one bedroom and the sofa couch on the second floor. We really liked the location. It is very close to a few supermarkets. It is also close to the Cathedral, Alcazar and Setas. The appartement itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The couch was bigger than we expected, so that was nice as well! We never felt unsafe in the neighbourhood (coming from three girls). The bathroom was really nice and clean as well. The contact with the company went very smoothly, I suggest contacting them through e-mail or WhatsApp. They helped us very quickly when we had certain questions on airco, check-in procedure, etc. Greatly recommend staying here, we would come back to this place if we would ever visit Sevilla again :)

The only thing you should know is that the wifi doesn’t work at all, luckily we all had a lot of mobile data but it is good to know ofc
