Staff is very friendly and the facilities are decent. Fantastic it backs onto the beach. Great to see some Kangaroos in the resort too. Easy check in and out process. Decent room size. Short drive to Forster. Personal Parking Space included.

Upon arrival the house unpleasantly stunk like vinegar (assuming due to cleaning). Despite being cleaned, the floors were still sandy and dirty to the point it ruined my white socks. Pulling out the sofa bed it was full of hair and sand. The bedding was just some white sheets but no proper doona cover. No daily cleaning or linen replacement such as towels etc. The hot water tank was so small that it isn't ideal for a family, the hot water ran out way too quick.

Clean, well organised, and so close to the beach. Polite staff

It would be good to have a fan in the downstairs bedroom since there is no AC vent. OT will get really hot in the peak summers.
