I would highly recommend this Guest House, it is a very warm and friendly guest house with so much attention to the guest and their stay.

Only stayed one night but very hospitable hosts who made us feel very welcome and we will definitely stay again.

We stayed in the spacious family room whilst visiting relatives in Edinburgh. The guest house was immaculately clean and the hospitality tray in the room was well stocked. The beds were super comfortable with crisp white bedding. The toiletries provided were luxurious and we all had a great nights sleep and awoke refreshed. Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice both of cooked items and buffet goods. As we were dashing to the theatre in the evening we didnt get a chance to try out any if the nice looking restaurants within walking distance of the property. The hosts were very welcoming and have thought if everything you might need to make a comfortable stay. This is a fabulous stylish hotel with perfect hosts. We will definately return.

Fantastic service. Genuinely friendly hosts. They cook a mean breakfast too!
