This is a very nice hotel in a great (very quiet) location with amazing hosts. We had an issue in the villa and they helped us immediately. The service is top notch. The AC works very well, you get two waters every day and the cleaning is every second day, which is perfect.

We didn't really like the outside shower, but this is a minor issue. The villas are a bit outdated, but very clean.

Mooie ruime kamer in een mooie aangelegde tuin en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heel centraal gelegen qua locatie.

Ontbijt was prima, maar er was geen optie voor yoghurt/granola, wat we elders wel hadden.

Short walking distance to the Main Street of Sanur, Great pool and sufficient lounges for guests, clean spacious rooms with good a/c, safe, comfy beds and pillows, friendly helpful staff, daily room turndown if requested. Rooms nicely spaced apart amongst lovely gardens.

On-site restaurant only provides breakfast/lunch, no dinner and no onsite bar. We walked down the lane/ to Main Street for all meals. They don’t mind if you bring your own drinks to the pool.

La piscine malgré le fait que le chlore traînait partout au fond

L’humidité excessive dans la chambre, je n’ai pas pu dormir (nous avons essayé de mettre le déshumidificateur puis la clim et inversement tout le séjour), le sol très glissant à l’intérieur dû à l’humidité, les draps avaient des taches un peu partout
