Wunderschöne Anlage, alles sehr gepflegt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war schön groß und es gibt einen Wäscheservice. Die Lage fanden wir super. Viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe und der Strand war auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Massage kann bestellt werden.

Die Dusche war manchmal warm, meistens nicht. Außerdem kam ziemlich wenig Wasser. Zum Händewaschen muss man das Duschgel verwenden oder selber Seife kaufen (so haben wir es gemacht. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber etwas teuer für die Menge, die man bekommt. Die Auswahl war auch nicht so groß. Wir waren deshalb meistens auswärts frühstücken.

A beautiful small property in a quiet little street with lots of eating potions nearby - rent a bicycle and explore all the little gangs around and find hidden delights. Stunning gardens spotlessly clean any issues were fixed immediately ( please let them know if there is a problem they will fix it !!! ) Only small issue was the beds are very firm - but I got used to it in a couple of days An oasis of beauty and wonderful team.

Vi har haft et virkelig dejligt ophold hos Katala Suites & Villas. Vores villa var virkelig dejlig og rigtig god til en familie med mindre børn. Personalet var virkelig søde og rare og alle smil kom helt inde fra hjertet. Vi har ikke en finger at sætte på stedet og ville til enhver tid vælge at bo her igen.

Air conditioning worked well. Villa pool was a good size. Fridge was fairly new and functioned well. Cleaning staff friendly and efficient.

Villa 4 was very rundown and in need of maintenance. Mould in one bedroom on ceiling and wall. Kitchen area and equipment unusable due to kitchen cupboards being wet and mouldy. Water from water chiller/dispenser tasted of mould/dirt, so had to purchase drinking water from supermarket. Furniture outdated and uncomfortable. Stained sheets and towels. Payment required was Aud $300 more that price quoted on booking confirmation - make sure you screenshot confirmation price when you book. If you must stay in this complex, look at Jagaditha Villas- exact same villas but have been renovated and when I later looked, were cheaper to rent than Katala.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe der Hauptstraße und den Restaurants. Trotzdem sehr ruhig und gemütlich. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich und das angebotene Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und auch der Pool wurde jeden Tag gesäubert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden uns immer wieder für Katala entscheiden.
