Arena Court Motel

The motel was spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. Had all you needed for a good stay.

There was a random person hanging around the motel courtyard/carpark. This person knocked on our door when we arrived pretending to ask for someone by name - it was clear she just wanted to look inside. There was angry shouting from this random person to possibly a long term guest in another unit late at night and this person was intimidating when we were packing up the car to go. Multiple knocks on our door in the very middle of the night waking us up! Staff presence minimal to do anything about this. We later found out when I reported this to staff that the random person was not actually a guest but just someone the motel seemingly knew was just hanging about the place - really strange. The behaviour of this person meant we did not feel very safe.

Spa bath was out of order. None of the heaters or fans in the bathroom were functioning.

Property was very clean, warm & comfortable. Great value for money. Would stay again.
