The staff were very friendly, and amazing spot

The carpet tiles at front door where very wet, siding door was really hard to open, deck also in very poor condition

The location

The apartment did not have enough hot water for both of us to take a shower. Only one person was able to have a hot shower, which was quite uncomfortable on a very cold day. Also, the apartment does not seem to have good sound insulation. The neighbours next door stayed up talking loudly and making a lot of noise until after 2am. This made the night very uncomfortable, disturbed our sleep, and woke us up several times. Overall, the stay could have been much better if there had been enough hot water and better noise control between apartments.

Location, a quiet and has nice view. If you like just relax rather go to a hot point. Here is a very choose that i think better to live in Wakana town area.

it looks a old hotel but still have good maintain. If facilities could be improved that would be wonderful and i will happy to pay more for that.

A very nice experience, clean, comfortable and very warm. The restaurant and bar was excellent. Friendly people, menu on the slightly higher price side but it was excellent. The view over the lake from our room was incredible.

熱水不夠所有人充分的洗澡，有些人得洗冷水澡或是等好一段時間有新的熱水，在冬天有些難受

Noise between rooms

I stayed here instead of staying in Wanaka. It was more affordable and I had a fantastic stay, whilst only being a 10 minute drive from town. The staff are incredibly friendly, the pub on-site has excellent food and drinks and great vibes, and the location by the lake is a perfect base for hiking adventures or exploring the area by road.

Limited facilities in room - microwave would’ve been helpful for travelling family
