The property was relatively clean, especially the towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a relatively quiet place that suited our needs.

We had an elderly person with us, and the spa bathtub was quite a trip hazard. There should be a separate shower area. The pan was worn out and should be replaced. The ceiling light in the pantry wasn’t working. I suggest providing a separate handwashing soap in the pantry.

The Port Campbell Motor Inn is very well located, especially if you’re visiting the Twelve Apostles or traveling onward to Adelaide. It’s very convenient to be able to park the car directly in front of the room. The room had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. There isn’t much to do in Port Campbell itself, but that’s of course not the hotel’s fault. Overall, a very well-located place to stay and a good choice for a short stop.
