Orchard House

It is a house of elderly couple and they just converted a room which is part of the house into en-suite. I felt like being a guest of my parents, as they have rules, the other disappointing point was the breakfast, we booked it with breakfast but when we check in we were told that we have a cold breakfast but if we want to have cooked breakfast we have to pay 8 pound a head extra and has to be there at 9am. In my holiday i dont want to have this much rules.

Very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely stay there again if we’re in the area. Highly recommend.

I was being cheap and this place is the only place within working distance with a decent price for a solo traveller. However, I cannot fault the hostess as she has been really friendly. A bit too friendly at 7:30 am for my morning slow poke liking but I do appreciate the friendliness never the less. You are not allow to eat hot food in your room. But there are quite a few good restaurant around the area if you have a car.

Lovely stay here, room was clean and well presented with all the amenities you would need, really warm welcome from the owners and there lovely dog ! Great stay overall

Hosts were perfect and recommended a good place to eat that evening. Breakfast was very good. Accommodation perfect.

Always a friendly check in and good continental breakfast. Great location for work and close enough to both the Train Station and Town Centre for restaurants etc.

Very clean room and bathroom. Comforts as tea coffee, biscuits and toiletries tv and books provided. Good varied breakfast, cooked breakfast at a small extra cost if required. Very affable hosts. Would definitely use again.

Lovely B&B a ten minute walk to the centre of Royston, five minutes to railway station. Hosts very friendly and it's as though you are in a family home. Breakfast superb. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place to stay on a quiet road, we were there for a friend’s wedding. 12 minutes walk to local Wetherspoons if you ask Pete the co host for the short cut route 👍Royston railway station only a five minute walk away. Tiggy, Pete’s wife cooked us a fabulous breakfast on our two night stay which really does set you up for the day. The property is on the Cambridge border so if you’re planning a visit to the area this is the place to book. Thanks again P and T, we really enjoyed our stay 👏
