When I came into the room, it looked clean, but when I took a closer look, I saw that the bathtub was covered in stains, as was the mirror, and even the dishes in the kitchen weren't perfectly clean. I had to wash everything all over again. I wish it had been cleaner before guests arrived.The bathroom in the room was also very small, and I couldn't take a bath properly.

Localização ótima com parque gratuito ao lado e ideal para quem aluga carro. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e estava sempre tudo limpo.

O barulho dos hóspedes que estavam sempre em modo festa.

Tiene lo necesario para vivir bien, buen tamaño, con cocina y baño. Esta bien ubicado (San Antonio, cerca de donde se concentran muchos turistas y salen las lanchas. Tiene pileta y esta todo muy limpio.

Mas opciones en las máquinas de comida y bebida La pileta cierra a las 19hs (lógico) pero yo le buscaría la vuelta para que los turistas tengan un lugar donde reunirse

It was very clean and front of desk staff very lovely. The pool is amazing and lovely drunks in the bar .

I had an amazing week at the hotel and was genuinely planning to return in September. Unfortunately, my final day completely changed my view of the experience. While we were out, two female housekeeping staff entered the room to clean after my friend extended her stay. When I returned, my hand-luggage suitcase had clearly been opened and searched through. The suitcase was left partially open with items hanging out of it, and it was obvious that whoever had gone through it was unable to close it again. I know this was not an accident, as the case was extremely difficult to close and took considerable effort even when I packed it myself. Nothing appears to be missing, but that is not really the point. Had the suitcase been closed properly, I would never have known it had been opened. I was travelling with expensive jewellery and other valuables, and there is every possibility that items could have been removed without me realising until I arrived home. I find it completely unacceptable that my personal belongings were interfered with in this way. Guests should be able to leave their possessions in their room without worrying that someone will go through them while they are out. This incident has unfortunately overshadowed what was otherwise a fantastic holiday and has left me questioning whether I would feel comfortable staying at the hotel again. I would like this matter investigated and would appreciate a response explaining how the hotel intends to address it.

Lief personeel en schone kamers!

Het is een gehorig gebouw, veel Engelse toeristen wat tot middernacht/ ‘s ochtends doorgaan. Hier heb je helaas erg veel last van, personeel is wel heel vriendelijk.
