Alpine Hotel by SnowWorld

The main convenience of this hotel is to be by the Snow World indoor ski. The facilities for skiing are good. The kids also enjoyed the Alpine coaster roddelban. The location is tranquil and there are walking trails nearby. It is recommended to book last minute here, as to get the best price available.

The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation. As it stands now, the rooms offer zero privacy (the toillet and shower are visible and heardable from the room), the carpets in the gangways and stairs have stains and are in dire need of replacement, and the restaurant tables and chairs are basic and old. There is one area of the restaurant that offers nice tables and chairs, but those are reserved for groups or barbecue dinners. For hotel guests at breakfast, the hard uncomfortable wooden chairs and tables were the only option available to put your tray on. For the price we paid, we expected better. The other restaurant at the entrance offers simple food for a high price. More kids menu offers would be good, as well as healthy food options. The customer service could also be improved. During the weekend there was no manager available, and we got as yet no reply to an email we sent almost a week ago concerning the conditions of our reservation.

bedden die waren zo ligt dat een lichte verschuiving het bed gewoon kon verschuiven. matrassen waren zo slap als een kussen.

The hotel is only located nearby the ski world , the others wouldn't recommend.

1. We booked a triple room in advance, but only provided bedding and towels for two people. 2. The hotel started drilling and renovations at 7:30 AM, severely disrupting the sleep. 3. We found rats crawling around while having breakfast in the restaurant.
