Pobyt w Pałacu Jugowice był wyjątkowo udany! Przede wszystkim hotel jest bardzo przyjazny zwierzętom, co było dla nas ogromnym plusem. Obsługa na każdym kroku była niezwykle miła i pomocna, dbając o komfort gości. Menu śniadaniowe jest przepyszne – szczególnie polecam tost z awokado, który skradł moje serce. Jeśli chodzi o restaurację, koniecznie spróbujcie kaczki, była niesamowicie soczysta i idealnie przygotowana. Lokalizacja pałacu jest idealna dla osób lubiących zwiedzanie – bardzo blisko stąd do kompleksu Riese oraz Zamku Grodno. To świetna baza wypadowa. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Cały pobyt na najwyższym poziomie. Hotel urokliwie położony. Piękny pokój na poddaszu. Personel hotelu bardzo uprzejmy. W restauracji pyszne i pięknie podane dania. Na pewno skorzystamy kolejny raz.

Нууу тут будет все намного печально. Заселились в отель, на ресепшен мужчина даже не озвучил никакой информации. Просто вот вам карты от номера и все. Пришлось спускаться задавать вопросы дополнительно. Но это ладно. Зайдя в номер 14 у нас был. Первое что очень сильно испортило настроение и впечатление это запах г*вна Я не могу оценить каким образом это было, канализация или персонал решил сначала сделать свои физиологические дела и закупорить весь номер думая ,что освежитель спасёт ситуацию не знаю. Мне просто даже о таком было стыдно говорить на ресепшен. Пришлось проветривать номер пол дня. Отель хоть и 4 звезды но я такое виду в первые. Настолько не ухоженный номер. Поломанные розетки, находятся прямо за кроватью,что вообще странно. Паломанные косяки дверей, не мытые кружки после других жильцов. Завтраки, разочаровали. Все что связано с мясными изделиями с душком. Мало того что воняет на вкус еще хуже. Десерты хороши, свежие. Но все мясное просто ужасное а рыба это вообще отдельное искусство. Сам де ресторан хорош. Было вкусно приятно тут не поспоришь, обслуживание тоже хорошее. Но а так слышимость ужасная, когда после 9 приходят убирать номера такой шум стоит Смех, крик, разговоры невыносимо, словно где-то на вокзале сидишь. К сожалению это тот случай, когда сюда больше 100% не вернусь, слишком много но....
