Grand Safir Hotel

Had a fantastic stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff, especially Mis Annalie at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their cooperative attitude made us feel right at home. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

silent on 10th floor. colour print of visa provided as an exceptional case in the night.

no breakfast provided no soap in the toilet. provided later on. toilet seats are not properly cleaned. still you can find urine marks. Iron plug with 2 pins and its not safety to plug in with the pen or anything.

The breakfast was so so bad that we couldn’t find what to eat, they serve only bread and eggs with some Indian foods. No provision for kids, we even ask if they could make chicken nuggets the days for our daughter but no.

The toilets where not clean, bed were all broken, the hallway smell so badly because of the rough. We had to go get cleaning materials so as to be able to even use the toilet. The noise from the party hall couldn’t allow us sleep even with exhaustion from our flight we couldn’t fall asleep because the sound was too much. Party all night without sound proof or any thing to reduce the sound even though we were at the eight floor.
