Muy lindos los espacios comunes. Amplios, cómodos y con vegetación que te hacen sentir en medio de la naturaleza. Además, fomentan el intercambio entre los huéspedes. Muy amable la señora del desayuno y Bruno en la recepción del turno noche, siempre predispuesto a brindar asesoramiento de lugares y seguridad en la zona. La ubicación es excelente, a dos cuadras del metro y dos cuadras de la playa. Gran variedad de cafés, restaurantes y comercios cercanos.

Destaco la cantidad de baños en la casa, eso es fundamental para tantos huéspedes. Los limpiaban todas las mañanas, pero agregaría un servicio de limpieza por la tarde, ya que a la noche no estaban en buenas condiciones. El wifi solo tenía señal en la recepción y el patio delantero.
