Sei que devemos manter o local limpo mas o banheiro, acho q deveria ter uma atençãozinha de algum funcionário para da uma revisão para trocar pano de chão e etc.

La ubicación, la casa es bonita y tiene buenos servicios. Muy limpio

Me tocó una cama sin repisa, las demás tenian. Siendo 2025 no entiendo cómo mantienen cuartos sin aire acondicionado, mantener las ventanas abiertas y con 4 ventilados a medio andar hace que se duerma mal, con mucho ruido y mosquitos x.X

Great location, we had the best room, with view to the pool at 1st level

There is no safe-box, although there was info that there is one, bathroom should be modernise, really loud fan in the room

Está muy bien ubicado, es muy limpio, un ambiente tranquilo, el personal es muy amable, gracias especiales a Bruno y Vanessa, es muy cerca a la playa y rodeado de buenos lugares para caminar y disfrutar Ipanema. Volvería sin duda, perfecto para vacacionar o para trabajar también

La ubicación sin duda es lo mejor ya que estás cerca de playa, de restaurantes, de tiendas y de todo tipo de ocio. La piscina y el bar (el personal es muy simpático) son estancias muy agradables que ayudan a integrarte con el resto de huéspedes.

Estuvimos en varias habitaciones privadas y todas tenían un tamaño pequeño, no disponían de armarios ni espejos (algunas tenían una de las cosas), los baños comunes no disponían de gel, en algunas ocasiones no limpiaron la habitación a pesar de haber entregado la llave. Las instalaciones están antiguas, el espacio para tender la ropa estaba encima de la zona de basuras. El servicio de recepción no es claro con las instrucciones de entrada, salida, opciones para guardar el equipaje (la tarifa de habitación privada es inferior y nos quisieron aplicar la correspondiente a la común), uso de la cocina (no indican que hay que poner la fecha de salida en las etiquetas ya que hacen limpieza y tiran toda la comida aunque esté en buen estado) etc.
