Equipe de funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos principalmente o senhor que fica na recepção a noite, muito simpático.Pra quem conhece o RJ a localização é ótima.

Infelizmente precisa contratar uma equipe de limpeza mais profissional, mesmo que o hotel não é de luxo, limpeza em todas as áreas é fundamental, um bom ar nos quartos após a limpeza faz toda diferença pra quem chega.

El personal muy amable y servicial.

El lugar más sucio donde me tocó alojarme. Llegamos y estaban los ventanales abiertos lo cual la habitación estaba lleno de mosquitos. Pregunté y no tenían insecticida. La cama con las fundas de almohadas empercudidas, no habían sábanas. Para dormir tuve que poner una remera en la almohada. Por último el baño un desastre la mugre que tenía. Estaba impregnado el olor a orina, la ducha toda sucia con restos de jabón. Lamentable! Nos dió asco quedarnos ahí.

Gostei do tratamento dos funcionários com os hóspedes, café da manhã ótimo e as trocas de roupa de banho.

O meu banheiro estava com problema na pia e na descarga. A iluminação do ambiente e as escadas eram um pouco ruim.
