清潔にはしてるけど少し古い。でも味がある

目の前がリトル東京で日本食が希望の私にはベストなホテルでした。 スーパーマーケットもすぐそばにあるので買い物にも便利でした。 ホテルは朝食付きでトータルコスパ良かったです。 日本語ができるスタッフがいたので、とても丁寧な対応をしてもらい助かりました。

I would have liked the service, however, and this needs to be very clear to all guests on business travel. The hotel DOES NOT ISSUE INVOICES. This is fradulent and disingenuous business practice!!!! Do not take this hotel if you are on business travel!! If you have booked via this app, the app itself indicates that any invoices would go through the property. Upon requesting the property, I didn't get a straight response until the day I had to leave and settle. They made it sound like they would take this up with their management on how to resolve this. Shameful service at the reception (not to mention the senior staff hovering over the receptionist who had to deal with me micromanaging her rather than talk to me). This isn't fair to those staff members such ad the concierge and service staff who went out of their way to give me hospitable service.

The lack of a clear and staight forward response from the property on my request for invoices. If you are a business traveller and need an invoice, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL through booking.com. This is such a fradulent practice!

We love to stay in Herald suites, mostly in the Polaris branch. Tried booking in this branch, in Chino Roces. The concierge people are a bit rude tho. I felt so judged lol. My partner came earlier than me, then when I arrived, one staff asked me to log/register so I went to the lady and gave her my ID, she even called my partner if my partner is expecting a guest. I really tried to keep my cool tho but at that point I really feel so invalidated. Then, I was asking for my ID, the lady told me she will give me the ID when I come back down. I was confused like what??? Oh she thought I was just visiting a friend. lol! It pissed me off even more! I don't know if I'm being entitled but I had a better experience from hotel staffs who don't make you feel uncomfortable. Of all the things, I just don't want to be put into a position where I would have to explain why I have to be in that place or why I deserve to take up that space. Or maybe I'm having a bad day but I know I did not like the experience. I hope these people be trained properly. Kindness is free tho.
