Blu' Beach Bungalows

The Weekender Villa is a great place to stay! With a great value! Tony the owner is super cool, plus he speaks english which is an added bonus! The rooms are very clean and the resort is right on the beach! We had breakfast every morning overlooking the beach and ocean! We definitely will be back!

excellent small hotel, well-kept beachside poo and comfortable bar/restaurantl. EXCELLENT food. A bit of a walk from downtown Lamai but otherwise great location and really nice atmosphere. In the main part of town you could pay a lot more and get a lot less.

Great place to stay. the main beach is a 10 minute walk from here but the hotel backs onto the beach, so just take the steps down and walk along to beach to get to the main area. The owners are great and are very helpful. The restaurant has great food and very reasonable prices. The villas/huts were not maintained the best but the A/C was cooling, tv was working, and there was hot water in the shower. Would definitely go back here.

Tony the owner a lovely host. Great view - same as 5 star resorts down the beach. Rooms perfectly comfortable aircon etc. Would recommend. Very sociable bar makes it

We stayed their the backpacker room, which is the cheapest of all the bungalows. The beds were not very comfortable, but we did not expect much for what we paid. The room stayed fairly cool considering it was only fan cooled. There were screens over all the windows so we could actually open them at night. The bathroom and bungalow were in very good condition, best ones we've stayed in yet. We loved the pool area and the lobby area where we sat and read or played the games they had available each night. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel beach is not as nice as most other parts of lamai beach but you only need to walk a few minutes to get to very nice beach area. The pool area made up for this and we didnt spend anytime on the beach. All and all we had an excellent stay. Would certainly come again.
